A convenient stay with quirks

The neighborhood offered charming strolls and vibrant local life. The spacious suite made our family feel right at home, enjoying cozy evenings together.

However, we faced persistent sewer gas smells that crept in each time we entered our room. This was quite off-putting and made our stay less enjoyable.

Wonderful location, lovely staff and breakfast.

All fine, but sewer gas smell.

The location was the highlight for me! Right near stores and restaurants 😊. Unfortunately, the room felt cramped and the air conditioning was inefficient, making it uncomfortable at times.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location being so close to Cartagena's lively attractions, and the friendly staff were quite helpful. However, the room had issues like no hot water and smelly sewer gas. Internet was unreliable, and housekeeping missed the mark during my stay.

experience was marred by a lack of common sense during my friend's late arrival. She was told she had to pay immediately upon check-in after a delayed flight, which made her feel unsafe. The location is good, though.

The Internet barely worked in my room, making it hard to stay connected. Closing the main door felt like a wrestling match, which was inconvenient, to say the least. Missing a locker to secure things like my passport added stress to my stay. I returned at night expecting my room to be serviced, but it hadn't been cleaned, leaving me with a messy space. Additionally, the tours recommended by the hotel were overpriced and offered misleading promises, as I didn’t get the snorkeling experience I signed up for.
